The Birchcreek “Jump Start Your Life” program includes guided, invigorating walks - the very best way to begin your day. Whatever your fitness level - from beginner to athlete - the daily morning walk is the way to wake up your metabolism and prepare the body for the adventures of the day!

   

HIKES

Included in your stay with us is a guided trail hike in one of our most beautiful settings. Hikes of varying degrees of difficulty are available for guests of all exercise levels.

   

MASSAGE

is a combination of science and art. The stimulation of muscle tissue and increased blood flow through key areas of the body helps reduce pain and stress, create muscle regeneration and cause an allover wonderful feeling. Everyone will benefit from massage therapy - from the professional athlete to the casual exerciser. Our professional therapists will prescribe a massage perfect for you!

   

AQUA AEROBICS

In warm weather, water aerobics is an excellent method of exercise which improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body and reduces fat. It is a wonderful way to exercise - the water keeps you cool and is kind to your joints. Our water aerobics programs are tailored for all exercise levels - from beginner to athlete. Swimming ability is not required. Water aerobics is just one of the several exercise activities you can choose from.

   

STRETCH CLASSES

Help prevent injury and promote flexibility in one of our stretch classes. All levels of fitness welcome and accommodated. Birchcreek offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels to increase your flexibility and strength; stretch flex and abs, strength and stretch, one-on-one, flexibility workshops and Pilates style movement. Stretch classes are a favorite of most all Birchcreek guests

   
 

REBOUNDING

For a great cardio workout, indoors or out, try our Rebounding class. Working out on mini trampolines decreases risk of injury and is easy on the joints! Interestingly, rebounding is also an excellent detox stimulator for the vital immune system. Optimal free weights add ot the rebounders heart rate and help create an almost perfect workout.

   

SEMINARS

Our goal is to teach you, through seminars and practical experience, how to restore your body and mind to balanced, perfect health and weight. In our classes, our guests learn the practical knowledge, self-motivational techniques and implementation tips that have helped thousands of people like you lose weight and keep it off.
